As part of efforts to ensure the accuracy and updating of the Companies Registry, the Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property urges all registered companies to verify their registered office address, including the postal code, in the Registry. If there are any changes, companies must update their information using the appropriate form.

This action is necessary to facilitate the provision of information to companies on relevant issues. Companies that have not updated their address and do not have a postal code may not have received reminders regarding the submission of the HE32 form and the Financial Statements, which are part of compliance campaigns.

The Department will proceed with a three-month warning publication to delete non-compliant companies, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law Chap. 113, if they fail to comply without further notice.
