Cyprus Innovation Award OEB extends nomination deadline to November 30, 2025

The Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) has extended the application deadline for the 19th Cyprus Innovation Award to November 30, 2025. The award recognizes innovative business ideas across multiple categories.

The Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) announces that the submission of applications for the 19th Cyprus Innovation Award will be open until November 30, 2025.

The competition rewards successful innovative business ideas and practices in the following categories: primary sector, processing, services, and social innovation.

The Innovation Award is supported by the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy and the Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF).

Since 2006, the award has recognized companies and organizations that have successfully implemented innovative ideas through new products, services, or processes that offer substantial improvements.

This year, strong interest is expected from companies aiming to enhance competitiveness and leadership in a transforming economy.

The award is part of the European Week of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME Week) and is recognized at the European level for promoting innovation.

The leading innovations will be awarded at a joint ceremony with the RIF Research Awards at the end of March 2026, with invitations extended to the President of the Republic and EU officials.

The award ceremony is held under the auspices of the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the European Union and will be included in its official program.

Applications can be submitted via the website www.innovationaward.oeb.org.cy until November 30, 2025.
