The Cyprus Association of Surveying & Market Research Companies (SEDEAK) held its annual general meeting on December 15, 2025, at OEB offices in Nicosia, reviewing activities and electing a new board.
The Cyprus Association of Surveying & Market Research Companies (SEDEAK), a member of the Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB), announced that its Annual General Meeting was held on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. at the OEB offices in Nicosia.
During the meeting, the activities of the Board of Directors for 2025 were reviewed, financial statements were examined and approved, and key issues related to the operation, role, and future direction of the association were discussed. Emphasis was placed on self-regulation of polls and enhancing sector credibility.
Electoral processes took place for the new Board of Directors for the next two years. The new Board members are:
The outgoing President, Mrs. Eleni Marangou (CYMAR MARKET RESEARCH), was honored with the title of Honorary President for her substantial contribution to the association’s development and institutional strengthening. The General Assembly expressed its gratitude for her service.
SEDEAK continues its activities to support its members, promote the profession, protect professional reputation, and advance the field of market research and opinion polling. The new Board commits to ongoing, collective efforts for the benefit of members and society.
