The Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) expresses its satisfaction with the completion of the processing and voting of the tax bills by the Parliament, before the end of the year.
OEB thanks the Legislative Body, especially the Parliamentary Committee on Finance, for their swift work without compromising quality, even during the elaboration of the State Budget.
It also appreciates the Government and the Ministry of Finance for their openness to business suggestions and the methodology used in tax planning.
Special thanks are given to the Tax Commissioner and team for their collaboration in developing proposals that enhance competitiveness, transparency, and compliance tools.
OEB states that after some time of practical implementation, it will identify and promote solutions for any gaps or weaknesses in the new tax framework.
Furthermore, OEB emphasizes the need to pursue key pending reforms, including energy, water, pensions, green and digital transition, state modernization, and judicial administration.
