Compared with the second quarter of 2025, the HPI decreased by 0.3%. Compared with the third quarter of 2024, it increased by 0.1%.
The index for new dwellings in Q3 2025 is estimated at 164.28 units, slightly lower than 164.60 units in the previous quarter. The index for existing dwellings is estimated at 134.75 units, down from 135.29 units in Q2 2025.
Data include all residential properties, both new and existing, with land components, and are compiled using the Rolling Window Hedonic Regression methodology. The data source is the Department of Lands and Surveys, Ministry of Interior.
In December 2025, the HPI was revised for data from 2016 to Q2 2025 to improve stability and accuracy, incorporating updated variables and microdata.
