Tourism revenue increased by 21.1% in November 2025

Tourism revenue in Cyprus reached €168 million in November 2025, up 21.1% year-on-year. For January–November 2025, revenue totaled €3.599 billion, a 15.3% increase compared to 2024.

According to the Passengers Survey conducted by the Statistical Service, revenue from tourism in Cyprus reached €168.0 million in November 2025, representing a 21.1% increase compared to €138.7 million in the same month of the previous year.

For the period of January–November 2025, total tourism revenue is estimated at €3.5994 billion, up from €3.1225 billion in the same period of 2024, recording a 15.3% increase.

In November 2025, the average expenditure per person was €716.00, a decrease of 7.1% compared to €771.02 in November 2024.

Tourists from the United Kingdom, the largest source market with 22.7% of total tourists in November 2025, spent an average of €87.68 per day. Tourists from Poland, the second largest market with 13.2%, spent €82.97 per day, and tourists from Israel, the third largest market with 11.4%, spent €168.90 per day.

Detailed statistics on tourist expenditure per person and per day by country are available in the official report. Data is collected through interviews at Larnaka and Pafos airports and covers all travelers arriving in the government-controlled areas of Cyprus.
