The Federation of Employers and Industrialists (OEB), in collaboration with the Office of the Commissioner of Taxation, successfully organized two webinars on “Tax Changes in the Taxation of Natural Persons” on January 15 and 16, 2026.
Over 1,600 business and organization executives participated, highlighting the business community’s need for clear and practical information about the new tax provisions introduced by the recent tax reform.
The webinars aimed to inform businesses about the new tax framework, with particular focus on the process of completing the new “Declaration for the Claim of Tax Credits” (Form T.F.59) for the 2026 tax year.
Senior executives from the Office of the Tax Commissioner analyzed the new provisions and answered numerous questions, providing practical guidance for calculating taxes.
OEB expressed gratitude to the Office of the Tax Commissioner, the Registrar, and Senior Chief Tax Officers Ms. Clelia Papadopoulou, Ms. Rebecca Menelaou, and Ms. Elena Panagiotou for their cooperation in facilitating businesses’ adaptation to the new tax data.
The OEB remains committed to supporting businesses in ensuring proper tax compliance as the country’s largest independent employers’ organization.
