In January 2026, total petroleum product sales increased by 11.2% compared to January 2025, reaching 118,460 tonnes. Stocks decreased by 33.0% compared to the previous month.
In January 2026, the total sales of petroleum products amounted to 118,460 tonnes, representing an increase of 11.2% compared to January 2025. Significant increases were observed in marine gasoil (+175.3%), aviation kerosene (+23.2%), heating gasoil (+25.2%), liquefied petroleum gases (+13.4%), and asphalt (+13.2%).
Sales declined for light and heavy fuel oil (-62.3% and -12.1%, respectively) and road diesel (-1.6%). Motor gasoline sales remained stable with a slight increase of 0.3%. Sales from filling stations rose by 3.5% to 58,500 tonnes.
Compared to December 2025, total sales fell by 3.9%, with decreases in aviation kerosene (-10.0%), motor gasoline (-13.1%), and road diesel (-11.9%). Marine gasoil sales increased by 15.6%.
At the end of January 2026, total stocks of petroleum products decreased by 33.0% compared to the previous month.
