The process of refunding the fees paid to the Register of Beneficial Owners has been completed
The Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property, following its announcement dated 31 January 2024, informs that the refund process of the fees paid from 01/01/2024 – 01/16/2024 in relation to the Register of Beneficial Owners has been completed. The refund has been made directly to the account of the card with which the original payment was made.
It is noted that 1 from April 2024, non-compliance will result in the imposition of administrative and other sanctions, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering from Illegal Activities and the Code of Civil Procedure 112/21, as amended and in force.

Ολοκληρώθηκε η διαδικασία επιστροφής των χρηματικών επιβαρύνσεων που πληρώθηκαν για το Μητρώο Πραγματικών Δικαιούχων
Το Τμήμα Εφόρου Εταιρειών και Διανοητικής Ιδιοκτησίας, σε συνέχεια της ανακοίνωσής του ημερομηνίας 31 Ιανουαρίου 2024, ενημερώνει ότι έχει ολοκληρωθεί η διαδικασία επιστροφής των χρηματικών επιβαρύνσεων που πληρώθηκαν από 01/01/2024 – 16/01/2024 σε σχέση με το Μητρώο Πραγματικών Δικαιούχων. Η επιστροφή των χρηματικών ποσών έχει γίνει απευθείας στον λογαριασμό της κάρτας με την οποία έγινε η αρχική πληρωμή.
Υπενθυμίζεται ότι από την 1η Απριλίου 2024 η μη συμμόρφωση θα επιφέρει την επιβολή διοικητικών και άλλων κυρώσεων, σύμφωνα με τις πρόνοιες του περί της Παρεμπόδισης και Καταπολέμησης της Νομιμοποίησης Εσόδων από Παράνομες Δραστηριότητες Νόμου και της ΚΔΠ112/21, ως αυτή τροποποιήθηκε και ισχύει.
