Additional information on inclusion in the hotel sector employment support scheme

Following the announcement of the Special Employment Support Plan in the Hotel Sector on 03/04/2026, the Federation of Employers and Industrialists (OEB) informs affected members about additional procedures communicated by the Ministry of Labor and Social Insurance regarding business inclusion in the plan.

The application submission start date will be announced by the Ministry within the next week.

Applications will be submitted through the ERGANI information system using existing login credentials for recruitment, terminations, and employment terms.

Before submitting, employers or authorized representatives must update the actual monthly salary of each employee by registering the Terms of Employment in ERGANI, following these steps:

• Terms of Employment
• Import or Import with File

For new recruitments, the submission process involves submitting Terms of Employment. For existing employees with salary updates, the process involves correcting repetitions and resubmitting.

During application submission, the Employer Registration Number (A.M.E.) will be entered, and a list of active employees will appear. Employers can select up to 80% of employees for whom a grant is requested. The IBAN of the business or self-employed must be declared.

Necessary documents to attach include:

• Accountant’s report confirming turnover or occupancy rate decrease
• Account certificate (IBAN)
• Certificate of Directors and Shareholders from the Registrar of Companies
