The total value of these permits reached €445.2 million, with a combined area of 346,700 square meters. These permits support the construction of 1,755 dwelling units.
Breakdown by project type shows increases across residential, non-residential, civil engineering, plot division, and road construction permits. The number of residential permits increased by 89.3%, with a corresponding rise in area (112.3%) and value (113.9%).

Regarding residential buildings, 399 units were single houses (+39.4%), 0.8% were two-unit buildings, and 137.5% were residential/commercial apartment blocks, totaling 1,755 units, a 109.4% increase from January 2025.
Data collection transitioned to electronic processing via the ‘Ippodamos’ system from July 2024, with data covering permits issued by local authorities and the new Local Government Organizations.
