In the fourth quarter of 2025, the construction production index rose by 9.0%, and output prices increased by 0.6% compared to the previous quarter. For the full year, increases were 5.2% and 4.1%, respectively.
The Index of Production in Construction during the fourth quarter of 2025 reached 135.02 units (base year 2021=100.00), recording a 9.0% increase over the fourth quarter of 2024.
The Output Prices Index in Construction for the same quarter reached 125.72 units (base year 2021=100.00), showing a 0.6% increase compared to the third quarter of 2025 and a 3.0% increase compared to the same quarter of 2024.
For the period January-December 2025, the Index of Production in Construction increased by 5.2%, and the Output Prices Index increased by 4.1% compared to the same period in 2024.

The indices are calculated based on data collected quarterly from construction enterprises and are expressed relative to the base year 2021. The Index of Production reflects changes in volume, while the Output Prices Index measures changes in unit prices charged to clients.
