The Cyprus Association of Beekeepers has joined the Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB), strengthening representation of the primary sector in Cyprus.
The Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) has announced the inclusion of the Cyprus Association of Beekeepers as a member of its association. This move enhances the representation of the primary sector by the largest employers’ organization in Cyprus.
The Cyprus Association of Beekeepers represents both professional and amateur beekeepers in Cyprus. It promotes the interests of the sector, modernizes Cypriot beekeeping, and promotes Cypriot honey and hive products.
Beekeeping plays an important role in the primary sector, contributing to the production of quality products, supporting the agricultural economy, pollination, and biodiversity preservation.
OEB welcomes the association and expects this cooperation to improve sector promotion and support the development of Cypriot beekeeping.
