The Index of Industrial Output Prices for November 2025 reached 122.1 units (base 2021=100). It recorded a decrease of 0.7% compared to October 2025. Compared to November 2024, the index remained stable. For the period January–November 2025, the index decreased by 0.3% compared to the same period in 2024.
In November 2025, compared to October 2025, the index remained stable in mining and quarrying, increased by 1.1% in water supply and materials recovery, decreased by 2.8% in electricity supply, and decreased by 0.2% in manufacturing.
Compared to November 2024, increases were recorded in mining and quarrying (8.8%), water supply and materials recovery (1.4%), and manufacturing (0.1%). A decrease was observed in electricity supply (-1.1%).
In manufacturing, specific subsectors showed the following changes compared to November 2024: furniture, other manufacturing, and repair and installation of machinery and equipment increased by 3.1%; electronic and optical products and electrical equipment increased by 2.0%; other non-metallic mineral products increased by 1.5%; rubber and plastic products increased by 0.8%; textiles, wearing apparel, and leather products increased by 0.4%; refined petroleum products, chemicals, pharmaceutical products, and preparations increased by 0.4%. Decreases were recorded in food products, beverages, and tobacco products (-1.0%) and paper and paper products and printing (-0.4%).
Data for October 2025 in water supply and materials recovery and for November 2025 in electricity supply and water supply are preliminary. The index is based on prices excluding VAT, discounts, commissions, and excise duties for domestic sales, and FOB prices for exports. The index reflects price changes in sectors classified under NACE Rev. 2 sections B, C, D, and E, excluding sewerage, waste collection, treatment, disposal, and remediation activities.
The index is compiled monthly through data collection from enterprises via telephone and email, with data for electricity and water supply obtained from administrative sources. The base year is 2021, with an index of 100.0. The index serves as an early indicator of inflationary pressures and is transmitted monthly to Eurostat.
