In the fourth quarter of 2025, the number of job vacancies reached 13,538, up 4.2% from the previous year, with a vacancy rate of 2.8%. The data covers various sectors and is collected quarterly via telephone surveys.
The number of job vacancies in the fourth quarter of 2025 was 13,538, representing an increase of 541 vacancies (4.2%) compared to the same quarter of the previous year, when the number was 12,997.
Compared to the third quarter of 2025, vacancies decreased by 1,035 (-7.1%).
The job vacancy rate in the fourth quarter of 2025 was 2.8%, slightly lower than the previous quarter’s rate of 3.0%, and equal to the rate in the fourth quarter of 2024.
Highest vacancy rates in the fourth quarter of 2025 were observed in the sectors of Administrative and Support Service Activities (3.9%), Wholesale and Retail Trade, Repair of Motor Vehicles and Motorcycles (3.8%), and Mining and Quarrying (3.6%).
Data is collected quarterly through telephone interviews covering enterprises with one or more employees across most sectors, excluding Agriculture, Households, and Extraterritorial activities.
