The Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) announced salary adjustments effective July 1, 2026, based on automatic indexation, including additional percentages on total and basic salaries.
According to the circular issued by the Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) on January 8, 2026, businesses that adjust employee salaries based on the Automatic Indexation (ATA) must implement the following from July 1, 2026:
