The Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) has established a Committee for Education, Training, and Attraction of Young Talent as part of its strategy to improve human resource skills and support the competitiveness of Cypriot businesses.
The committee includes representatives from key sectors of the economy and aims to develop modern policies and practices in education, training, and talent attraction aligned with labour market needs and European developments in skills.
