OEB participates in ILO technical committee on AI in manufacturing

The Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) participated in meetings of the International Labour Organization’s (ILO) technical committee on Artificial Intelligence in the Manufacturing Industry, held in Geneva.

The committee aimed to examine how Artificial Intelligence affects productivity, employment, skills, working conditions, and industry transition. OEB was represented by Marcos Kallis, Officer of the Business Development Department.

As part of a small delegation of employers, OEB conveyed the positions of Cypriot entrepreneurship in the international dialogue on the future of work amid AI advancements.
