OEB and SEV sign memorandum to strengthen business cooperation

The Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) and the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) signed a memorandum to enhance cooperation in innovation, digital and green transformation, and trade between Cyprus and Greece.

The President of the Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB), Mr. George Pantelides, and the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV), Mrs. Rania Ekaterinari, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation between the two organizations.

The memorandum confirms their commitment to strengthen entrepreneurship, competitiveness, and extroversion of businesses in Cyprus and Greece. It establishes foundations for cooperation in areas such as innovation, digital and green transformation, energy, skills development, and promoting trade and investment between the two countries.

The agreement aims to deepen dialogue, facilitate the exchange of know-how, develop joint initiatives, and explore new cooperation opportunities for businesses. This step aims to enhance bilateral economic relations and create growth prospects, contributing to the competitiveness of both economies.

OEB, as the largest employers’ organization in Cyprus, emphasizes its commitment to fostering a modern, competitive business environment and strengthening strategic partnerships like the one with SEV, to increase business extroversion and economic integration.
