The Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) announces the inclusion of the Cyprus Vaping Association as a new member, strengthening representation in the vaping sector and promoting responsible business practices.
The Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) has announced the inclusion of the Cyprus Vaping Association as a new member of its Member Associations. This addition enhances the representation of businesses operating in the vaping sector within Cyprus.
The Association represents companies involved in manufacturing, wholesale, retail trade, and exporting vaping products. Its goals include promoting legislation to prohibit sales to minors, encouraging responsible business conduct, informing consumers and authorities, and supporting vaping as a low-risk alternative for adult smokers.
During its founding assembly held on June 24, 2026, the following members were elected to the Board of Directors: Antonis Sotiriou, Christos Tamamounas, Stavros Charalambous, Christos Savva, Sofia Demetriou, Kostas Nikolaou, and Nikolas Papasolomontos. The Board will be officially formed at its next meeting.
OEB welcomes the Cyprus Vaping Association and expects this cooperation to promote responsible entrepreneurship and develop a framework balancing public health and business activity.
