The Price Index of Construction Materials for November 2025 reached 118.63 units (base year 2021=100). It recorded a decrease of 0.34% compared to October 2025.
Compared to November 2024, the index increased by 1.16%. Main commodity category changes include increases in minerals (3.65%), mineral products (3.01%), and products of wood, insulation materials, chemicals, and plastics (1.44%). Decreases were observed in electromechanical products (-1.61%) and metallic products (-0.99%).
For January–November 2025, the index increased by 1.28% compared to the same period in 2024.
The index reflects the evolution of construction material costs incurred by contractors, based on monthly data collection from suppliers, excluding VAT. It is a weighted average with weights derived from import and local production values in 2021.
