Tourism revenue reached €85.3 million in February 2026, up 7% from the previous year. For January–February 2026, revenue totaled €159.9 million, a 7.4% increase compared to 2025.
According to the Passengers Survey conducted by the Statistical Service, revenue from tourism in Cyprus reached €85.3 million in February 2026, representing a 7.0% increase compared to €79.7 million in the same month of the previous year.
For the period of January–February 2026, total tourism revenue is estimated at €159.9 million, compared to €148.9 million in the same period of 2025, recording a 7.4% increase.
In February 2026, the average expenditure per person was €581.85, down 2.3% from €595.71 in February 2025.
Tourists from the United Kingdom, the largest market with 19.3% of tourists in February 2026, spent an average of €72.72 per day. Tourists from Poland, the second largest market with 18.4%, spent €75.02 per day. Tourists from Israel, the third largest with 12.6%, spent €157.15 per day.

Data is collected through personal interviews at Larnaka and Pafos airports and covers all persons in the government-controlled area of Cyprus. It excludes travelers arriving and departing illegally via ports and airports in the occupied area of Cyprus.
