The turnover value index increased by 17.8% in wholesale trade and decreased by 2.5% in motor vehicle sales and repair in the second quarter of 2026, compared to the same period in 2025.
The Turnover Value Index for wholesale trade (Division 46) during the second quarter of 2026 recorded an increase of 17.8% compared to the same quarter of the previous year.
For the same period, the Turnover Value Index for sales and repair of motor vehicles (Division 45) decreased by 2.5% compared to the previous year.
Additional data shows that the index for wholesale trade overall increased by 14.6% in the second quarter of 2026 compared to the same period in 2025.
The indices are based on data collected monthly via telephone or email, using 2021 as the base year (index = 100). The indices are calculated at current prices and reflect short-term changes in turnover for the relevant divisions.
