The Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry is participating in formulating Cyprus’s positions for the June 10, 2026, Market Access Advisory Committee meeting, focusing on trade barriers affecting EU businesses in Australia and the UK.
The Federation of Employers and Industrialists (OEB) informs that the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry is involved in preparing Cyprus’s national positions for the upcoming Market Access Advisory Committee (MAAC) meeting scheduled for June 10, 2026.
As part of this process, the European Commission will review market access conditions for Australia and the United Kingdom, with particular attention to trade barriers impacting European Union businesses and producers.
Businesses operating or exporting to these markets are encouraged to review the attached lists of trade barriers and report any ongoing obstacles or concerns.
