Intangible Assets

Non-physical assets of value owned by a business.

In Cyprus, intangible assets refer to non-physical assets that have a value due to their attributes or rights. Examples include intellectual property, brand names, goodwill, and patents. These assets are key components of a company’s long-term value but can be challenging to quantify. They are recorded on the balance sheet and can be amortized over their useful lives.
