Owner’s Equity

The residual interest in the assets of a business after deducting liabilities.

Owner’s equity in Cyprus represents the amount that would be returned to the business owners if all assets were liquidated and all debts paid off. It is the net worth of a business and includes the money invested by the owners, retained earnings, and any other forms of equity. Owner’s equity is a key indicator of a business’s financial health and stability.
