As we approach the end of another wonderful year, all of us at Innoserve would like to extend our warmest wishes to you and your loved ones.

This festive season is a time for reflection and gratitude. In that spirit, we have chosen to celebrate by giving back to our community. Instead of corporate gifts, we are proud to support a meaningful cause by donating to the local non-profit organization ΟΙ ΦΙΛΟΙ ΠΑΙΔΙΚΗΣ ΣΤΕΓΗΣ ΛΕΜΕΣΟΥ (“The Friends of Limassol’s Children’s Shelter”). This organization is dedicated to providing care and support to children, and we are honored to contribute to their efforts.

We’re also excited to share a special resource with you this year. Last year, we sent out a “Tax Calendar” in the form of a photo. This time, we’ve gone a step further by creating an interactive tool called the “Cyprus Tax Calendar 2025.” This tool lets you view the calendar online and add tax events to your own calendars via an ICS file. Managing Partner / Head of Audit and Advisory

Giannis Christou is the Managing Partner and Head of Audit & Advisory at Innoserve, leading the firm since 2020. With extensive experience at KPMG Cyprus, KPMG UK, and in the hedge fund sector, he brings deep expertise in audit, advisory, mergers & acquisitions, and transaction services. Giannis is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of the ICAEW and holds a BA in Economics as well as an MSc in Finance & Business Management (Distinction). He is committed to helping clients build stronger, more resilient, and more valuable businesses.
